Shannon Airport, located at Europe’s the most western point the ideal geographical position as the transatlantic gateway between Europe and America, designated as Ireland’s Transatlantic Airport employing almost 2,000 people on a campus of over 850 hectres in County Clare, the Airport is operated by SAA (Shannon Airport Authority) Headquartered at the Airport. The Authorities principal activities include airport management along with airport operations and development.  SAA has recently awarded contract for the Authorities Airside and Landside Fleet Management to Holden Plant Rentals, this encompasses the entire Airport’s Fleet Supply, Management, Maintenance, Acquisition, Disposal and Hire on behalf of the Authority.
